UX Designer

The UX Designer will lead efforts to understand real user needs, validate design assumptions, and design intuitive experiences that solve complex problems while balancing speed and quality. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating design artifacts, and performing expert reviews.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
- Create personas, user stories, user flows and hi-fi interactive wireframing
- Translate research findings into actionable insights for design and product teams
- Perform expert reviews by focusing on user, technology and business level goals
- Identify usability issues early and communicate findings effectively with stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate existing interfaces and workflows for friction points
- Plan and execute usability inspection and testing sessions
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Business and Design peers
- Translate complex research data into clear, visual, and actionable deliverables
- Influence product strategy with evidence-based recommendations
- Tightly collaborate with engineering to ensure design intent during implementation
- Advocate design and user experience across the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Is curious and naturally empathetic toward users
- Thrives under ambiguity and tight timelines
- Enjoys cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Portfolio showcasing user research, usability inspection, testing, prototyping and lean UX design principles
