
The UX Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive design solutions, rapidly creating and iterating on designs using various methods like wireframes and interactive prototypes. Responsibilities also include leveraging and expanding the pattern library, communicating design rationale, and contributing to evolving design standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and design requirements
- Translating user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into clear, intuitive, and effective design solutions
- Rapidly creating and iterating on designs using conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Leveraging our pattern library to create designs and identifying opportunities to expand it
- Communicating conceptual ideas, design rationale, and user-centered design processes effectively
- Contributing to evolving design standards and guidelines to enhance overall user experience quality
- Applying usability heuristics and staying current with design best practices to evaluate new and existing features
Requirements
- Academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Good knowledge of user-centered and iterative design processes, usability principles, and best practices
- Proficiency in Figma is required; experience with other design tools is welcome
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, prototyping, and design-to-code collaboration
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
