The Staff Product Designer will own the end-to-end design for key Closeup experiences across iOS, Android, and web, driving product outcomes by partnering with cross-functional leads to define goals and metrics. This role involves simplifying complex, modular experiences, raising the craft bar, and ensuring designs are accessible and inclusive.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of product design experience, with ownership of significant consumer product surfaces
- A portfolio showing strong interaction design, visual craft, and systems thinking
- Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous problems, set direction, and drive alignment across senior cross-functional partners
