Staff Product Designer

The Staff Product Designer will define, design, and launch new products while ensuring seamless integration with existing platform capabilities. This role involves proactively collaborating across teams to resolve complex dependencies and presenting work to senior leadership to drive alignment on vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and launch new products while seamlessly integrating with existing capabilities
• Proactively collaborate across teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
• Present your work to stakeholders and senior leadership, actioning feedback and driving alignment on design vision and strategy
• Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
• Continually elevate the craft of design at Webflow and be a thought leader for high impact design decisions, mentoring fellow designers

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience influencing and leading complex initiatives in a remote environment
• Possess strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Previous experience with software that empowers professional or technical users in their respective industries
• Familiarity with the web design industry, content management platforms, web standards, and accessibility
