The role involves owning the end-to-end design strategy and execution for key product areas, delivering creative solutions, and shaping workflows for technical users to explore and understand data. This includes collaborating closely with stakeholders to shape roadmaps, aligning design strategy with business goals, and championing user-centered projects from concept to release.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design strategy and execution for key areas of the product
- Deliver creative solutions while proactively identifying and proposing future improvements and features
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape roadmaps and product direction
- Act as a vocal and opinionated champion for the user experience
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization
- Leverage strong communication and compelling storytelling skills to inspire trust and align teams
- Champion user-centric ideas with stakeholders and ensure daily design work supports strategic business objectives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design
- Significant experience designing for data-heavy, complex, technical or developer-oriented SaaS/B2B products
- Proven track record of leading major design initiatives
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring other designers
- Exceptional product design skills, including user research, UX/interaction design, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping
