The Senior UX/UI Designer will own the end-to-end design for complex Network Intelligence products, focusing on mission-critical investigative and analytical workflows. This involves leading problem framing, driving UX quality, and designing scalable, data-dense interfaces in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own UX for large product areas or critical user flows
- Translate complex analytical needs into clear, usable, and scalable UX
- Lead design discovery: problem framing, validation, and trade-offs
- Design complex workflows (tables, dashboards, filters, timelines, entities)
- Produce high-quality flows, IA, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interaction specs
- Anticipate edge cases, states, errors, and scalability from the start
- Create, extend, and evolve design system components and patterns
- Partner closely with PMs, Engineers and UX team
Requirements
- 8+ years in UX/UI or Product Design
- Experience designing complex B2B / enterprise / analytics products
- Experience working on long-lived products
- Expert in Figma and design systems
- Strong information architecture and systems thinking
- Proven experience with data-heavy interfaces
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills
- Research-informed decision making
- Strong attention to detail and UX quality
- High autonomy and ownership
- Clear communication and storytelling
- Experience mentoring designers
