The Senior Manager will be responsible for understanding user needs through research and data, and then designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs that balance user experience and business impact. This role also involves collaborating across teams, maintaining design system consistency, and iterating on designs based on feedback and insights.
Responsibilities
- Understand user needs, pain points, and motivations
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Leverage user research, usability tests, and analytics to validate design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Maintain consistency in design systems
Requirements
- 10+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Excellent communication skills
