The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end product pipeline, from initial research and concept generation through to creating detailed specifications and ensuring production readiness for launch. Key duties include running ongoing category research, maintaining a live product roadmap, and defining the necessary handoff packs for execution teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the product pipeline (research → concept → handoff)
- Run ongoing category research and competitive benchmarking
- Convert research into clear product opportunities aligned to Scriveiner brand DNA and channel strategy
- Maintain a live roadmap and pipeline tracker (12–24 months)
- Define “handoff-ready” and produce handoff packs for channel execution
- Hands-on design and specification
- Translate designs into factory-executable requirements
- Review samples, diagnose issues, and drive iterations decisively
Requirements
- Superb design capability
- Ability to articulate luxury cues
- Hands-on executor and world-class project manager
- Proven track record taking physical products from concept through sampling to production-ready
- Ability to communicate and work with factories
- Commercial realism
