Senior UI/UX Designer - Banking

The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing elegant and delightful product experiences as part of cross-functional Agile product teams. This includes justifying design decisions based on user-centered methodologies and clearly articulating design needs to business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Be highly analytical as well as highly creative, and consistently demonstrate superb design, writing and presentation skills
- Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies
- Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking coupled with an aptitude and affinity for team collaboration and open communication
- Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers
- Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product teams
- Research, identify and articulate customer needs
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in UI & UX
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent area
- Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization
- Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite and Figma
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of Agile software development process
