Senior Graphic Designer

This role involves leading the design and execution of creative assets across various channels, including digital, social media, web, and print materials, while translating brand strategy into compelling visual solutions. The designer will also maintain brand guidelines, manage multiple projects, present concepts, and ensure all creative work meets legal and regulatory standards typical of the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative assets across channels, including digital campaigns, social media, web, email, presentations, print collateral, and event materials
• Translate brand strategy and marketing goals into visually compelling, on-brand design solutions
• Partner with marketing managers, copywriters, and stakeholders to concept and deliver integrated campaigns
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and multi-channel design thinking
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Figma or similar tools
• Experience designing for both digital and print production
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
