Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer manages all design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring brand translation into effective visual communication designs for digital campaigns. This role leads the creative development process, drives projects to completion, and executes various marketing assets including emails, blogs, and display ads.
Responsibilities
- Manage all design projects from concept through delivery
- Lead the creative development process and drive projects to completion
- Manage all graphic design tasks and refine projects as required
- Create original creative content
- Oversee the production of work of the highest standards and offer variations and creative options
- Ensure brand consistency across various projects and media platforms
- Conceptualize, design, develop, implement, and perform A/B tests on email marketing promotions
- Create attractive and effective designs for all media platforms
- Execute email campaigns, including for both new and branded templates
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ESP emails, HTML templates, and other aspects of email execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of email marketing design experience
- General knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques
- Ability to translate sophisticated graphic concepts to a wide range of audiences
- Creative eye for design, composition, typography, and photo selection
- Strong verbal, written, proofreading, and communications skills
- Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, Premier, and Acrobat
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio or Content Builder) or IB Marketing Cloud (Engage Email Build)
