Sr. Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will concept, design, and execute creative assets for all in-store initiatives across various platforms, ensuring all work adheres to PetSmart's brand identity and guidelines. They must collaborate effectively with team members and clients to produce sound creative solutions while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and execute for all PetSmart in-store initiatives across multiple platforms
• Carry out Visual Design Strategy through PetSmart’s brand identity and guidelines
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members and clients to produce creatively sound solutions
• Be a trustworthy and reliable teammate
• Be super quick on your feet, thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
• Proactively and bravely provide insight to new technology and design trends
• Create and manage all-sized projects and prioritize multiple requests at any given time

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional design experience
• BS/BA in graphic design or related field
• Well-versed in industry-standard creative applications: Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Meet commitments and demonstrate excellent follow-through
• Retail experience a bonus
• Experience working in a project management software a huge plus
