Marketing Graphic Designer

The role involves designing and developing creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, and website visuals, while ensuring brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. This person will also assist in creating presentations and sales collateral, collaborating with the marketing team to refine visual storytelling and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Own brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries and bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Assist in creating presentations, sales collateral, and event materials
- Work with the marketing team to refine visual storytelling and enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with business goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to improve creative output
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or B2B environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong eye for typography, color, and layout design
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media and web design
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
