Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead customer-centric product design across web and mobile platforms, driving end-to-end feature design from research through high-fidelity execution. Key duties include contributing to the design system, mentoring junior designers, and influencing product direction by collaborating with executive-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-centric product design across web and mobile - from early research through high-fidelity execution
- Apply design thinking and UX research to uncover insights, validate decisions, and improve the quality of customer experience
- Champion a collaborative and iterative approach, working closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and researchers
- Prototype and test rapidly, setting up your own user validation loops to refine solutions quickly
- Contribute to the design system: help define, document, and evolve scalable UI components and design patterns used across products and teams
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in Product/UX Design, preferably in consumer-facing or loyalty-driven environments
- Proven track record of rapid prototyping and running your own usability tests
- Experience working across product, engineering, and data functions in Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design standards
- Demonstrable experience in contributing to and scaling design systems across large product ecosystems
