Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will craft human-centered experiences for native mobile applications across multiple brands, collaborating with research teams to synthesize data and drive product strategy. They will also drive the product roadmap alongside a product manager and multidisciplinary agile team, generating final assets and validating specifications with developers.
Responsibilities
- Crafting human-centered experiences that exceed user expectations and achieve business objectives
- Collaborating with the user research team to plan research activities
- Synthesizing user data from multiple sources, translating research insights into actionable recommendations and creative design solutions
- Driving a roadmap alongside a product manager and a multidisciplinary agile team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products
- Proven track record of success
- Expertise in usability, user-centered design, and design thinking practices
- Mastery of design tools (Figma etc.)
- Experience working with design systems and on native mobile applications
- Bilingualism (French and English)

- Salary range: $94,200 - $115,200
