Staff Product Designer

The Staff Product Designer will help lead the evolution of Birdie's platform to be AI-first, focusing on building intelligent systems within the complex Care Management squad. This involves owning design for parts of this domain while contributing to the broader AI-first direction and raising the overall design bar through critique and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Own design for parts of the Care Management domain
- Contribute to the broader AI-first direction across the platform
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to frame problems, shape solutions, and drive outcomes
- Raise the design bar across Birdie through critique, mentorship, and systems thinking
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong track record as a senior IC
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up
- Sharp product judgment
- High craft bar across both UX and UI
- Ability to communicate persuasively
