The Product Designer will lead and ship large, critical projects, often in highly ambiguous spaces, driving end-to-end design across multiple workstreams and partner teams. They must shape product direction by applying broad context, framing decisions, and building senior consensus while maintaining high craft quality.

- Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant across supported platforms
- Influence and evolve design systems, patterns, and visual standards across multiple products/teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and shipping software products with strong UX, interaction, and visual design excellence
- Demonstrated ability to lead design for large-scale and/or ambiguous initiatives
- Strong strategic product thinking and executive-ready communication skills
- Experience using research and data to inform product strategy, evaluate tradeoffs, and define success
