The Senior UX Designer will translate user needs and business goals into intuitive digital experiences across the full product lifecycle, from exploration through to live service improvement. Key duties include creating design artifacts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting usability testing, and contributing to design standards and practice improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and usable digital experiences that respond to user needs and business goals
- Create design artefacts such as user flows, wireframes and prototypes to communicate and test ideas
- Contribute to shaping the user experience of complex digital services across multiple channels and touchpoints
- Translate research insights and service concepts into practical product and interface design solutions
- Collaborate closely with service designers, user researchers, engineers, product managers and architects
Requirements
- Strong experience designing digital products or services in multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to translate user needs, research insights and business goals into practical design solutions
- Experience creating user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
- Experience designing and iterating solutions based on user feedback and usability testing
- Strong collaboration skills when working with engineers, product managers and researchers
