The Senior UX Designer will own UX design for assigned product areas, from problem definition through delivery, focusing on designing end-to-end workflows and high-fidelity interfaces to solve user problems. This involves partnering closely with Product Management during discovery and collaborating with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly.
Responsibilities
- Own UX design for Fixify product areas, from problem definition through delivery
- Design end-to-end workflows and high-fidelity interfaces that solve user problems
- Translate complex, ambiguous problem spaces into clear interaction and interface designs
- Partner closely with Product Management during discovery and refinement to shape solutions grounded in real user needs
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, well-specified, and implemented as intended
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product or UX design
- 2-3 years of experience designing B2B products, especially workflow-driven or data-dense applications
- Demonstrated experience conducting and applying user research to guide design decisions
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping
- A strong foundation in UX principles and accessibility-minded, user-centered design practices
