Senior Product Designer

The role involves partnering closely with Product Managers to understand user needs and crafting every detail of new product features from ideation through production across all screen sizes. This includes evolving design systems, conducting user research, and sharing designs in regular reviews to gather stakeholder feedback.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers to understand user needs and develop product features
- Craft every detail of new product features, from ideation to production
- Evolve and consolidate design systems and component libraries
- Share work in regular design reviews and seek feedback from stakeholders
- Conduct research to understand customer needs and translate insights into products and features
Requirements
- Advanced English fluency
- 5+ years of designing clear, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Ability to design polished, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Low ego and good listening skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and design peers
