Lead UX Designer

The Lead UX Designer will be responsible for redesigning and evolving the product experience to make publishing, managing, and analyzing content intuitive and frictionless for various user types. Key outcomes include improving core user journeys, reducing user confusion with data, increasing onboarding success, and designing for multiple personas.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and evolve the product experience to make it easier for users to publish, manage, and analyze their content
• Improve key user journeys, such as publishing, analytics, onboarding, and ad campaigns
• Reduce user confusion with data by identifying areas where users get stuck and redesigning flows to eliminate repeated issues
• Improve onboarding success and time-to-value by redesigning the onboarding process to drip feed value
• Design for multiple user personas, including enterprise teams, producers, executive assistants, and individual creators
• Ship meaningful UX improvements continuously by delivering incremental improvements that make the product easier to use

Requirements

• Significant experience designing web-based SaaS products
• Proven ability to use analytics and customer insight to guide design decisions
• Strong product thinking and ability to simplify extremely complex workflows
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Paper, or other modern prototyping tools
• Experience working directly with engineering teams in fast-paced startup environments
• Experience designing dashboard-style or workflow-heavy products
• Experience with creator tools, publishing platforms, or media products
