The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end visual execution of high-impact campaigns across product banners, CRM, landing pages, and paid media for the Brazilian market. This involves designing conversion-focused creatives informed by performance data and building scalable creative systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end visual execution of campaigns for Brazil across product banners, CRM, landing pages, and paid media
- Design conversion-focused creatives informed by performance data and clear testing hypotheses
- Build and evolve modular templates and component libraries that scale high-volume production
- Translate briefs into bold visual storytelling that balances brand consistency with commercial urgency
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in performance marketing environments
- A strong portfolio showcasing campaign systems, paid media ads, CRM design, and consistent output quality
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Solid working knowledge of digital production for multiple formats
- Comfortable interpreting performance signals and iterating based on feedback loops and data-driven insights
