The Senior Graphic Designer Officer will lead and oversee all design initiatives for Zain Cash campaigns, ensuring high-quality creative output aligns with brand guidelines across various platforms. This role involves translating business objectives into compelling visual concepts and supervising junior designers to maintain creative standards.

- Lead and oversee all design initiatives across Zain Cash campaigns
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across digital platforms, social media, offline materials, and internal communications
- Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visual concepts
- Supervise and mentor junior designers when needed
- Stay updated on fintech, digital, and design trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of AI-powered creative tools
- Experience in 3D design software such as Blender or Cinema 4D
- Solid experience in video editing and post-production
