The Product Designer will be responsible for developing UI/UX designs based on user research and creating design concepts focused on conversion optimization and user engagement. They will also contribute to the product style guidelines and design system while working closely with product and R&D teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop UI/UX designs based on user research and benchmarking to support optimal decision-making
- Work cross-functionally with the Product and Dev Team to facilitate design discussions and provide feedback in planning and product channels
- Create design concepts and wireframes focused on conversion optimization and user engagement
- Immerse deeply in the product to propose and develop improved UX flows
- Utilize and enhance the design system to create flows, prototypes, sketches, high-fidelity visuals, and clickable prototypes for features
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Designer at a product company
- A portfolio that displays professional UI/UX design work across web and mobile web
- Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS, and Design Systems
- Understanding of Ant Design Framework and components
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
