The Senior Product Designer will contribute to product and design strategy by owning the end-to-end user journey, from ideation through testing and production. A key focus will be simplifying complex Web3 domains for Web2 users and contributing to design systems for consistency.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy
- Own the end-to-end user journey
- Make complex domains simple to use and understand
- Contribute to design systems
- Actively look for and leverage data to inform design decisions
- Work cross-functionally with product management and engineering
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design
- Data-Driven Design
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for crypto and financial products
- Attention to detail and storytelling skills
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team setting
- Accountability and willingness to learn
