Senior Product Designer (Fixed-Term)
Sinch Remote (🇵🇭 Biliran, Philippines)
The Senior Product Designer will drive UI/UX improvements for existing flows, design user flows for new self-serve features like discounts and cancellations, and lead discovery and research for upsell opportunities. They will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams from wireframing through final delivery.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research and UI execution
- Track record of designing and shipping successful features for web applications
- Demonstrated experience in creating end-to-end user journeys
- Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (Figma, Jira, Confluence)
- Interest in and/or experience with leveraging AI to enhance the design process
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Experience working in an agile environment with Product Managers and Engineers
