The role involves creating high-quality, user-focused experiences through wireframes, UI designs, and visuals, while collaborating directly with customers and colleagues in stores to gather real-world insights. Responsibilities also include refining designs using research and testing, working with product teams, leading design sessions, and shaping the design system.
Responsibilities
- Create everything from wireframes and UI designs to animations and brand visualsâbringing ideas to life with high-quality, user-focused experiences
- Spend time in stores to collaborate directly with customers and colleagues - observing workflows, gathering real-world insights, and coâcreating solutions that truly support their dayâtoâday needs
- Turn insights into action by using research, testing, and analytics to refine and improve designs
- Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver human-centric solutions that make a real impact
Requirements
- Love collaborating and finding creative ways to work with teammates
- Have designed for both web and native apps and know the patterns, languages, and technologies that make them shine
- Are passionate about human-centric design, and your portfolio shows how you understand people and solve real problems
- Balance big ideas with practicalityâseeing how concepts meet commercial goals and fit within technical limits
- Seek out feedback, learn fast, and turn insights into better work every time
