UI/UX Designer

The designer will be responsible for applying user-centered design principles across all product flows, including discovery, listing, checkout, and post-purchase journeys. Key tasks involve designing clean, modern interfaces, creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, and contributing to design systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply user-centered design principles across all product flows
• Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and persona development
• Translate insights into actionable design improvements that enhance usability and conversion
• Design clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces aligned with GEMGEM's premium brand identity
• Create wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma
• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to translate requirements into functional designs

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–7 years of professional UI/UX design experience (e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer tech preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, visual design quality, and problem-solving ability
• Experience with responsive and adaptive interface design
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills
