UI/UX Designer

As a hybrid UI/UX Designer, you will take full ownership of features from wireframe to final design, collaborating closely with various teams to deliver functional and visually engaging end-to-end experiences. Key tasks include developing new in-game features, leading creative aspects across teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of features from wireframe to final design
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Artists, Animators, and Developers to deliver end-to-end experiences
- Work on new in-game features from concept to execution
- Lead all creative aspects across creative teams, including UI, copy, animation, sound, etc.
- Collaborate with product and Dev. teams to execute UX ideas at the highest standard
- Align with the business brief and goals, collaborate across teams to support UX flow
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong visual design sensibility paired with solid UX thinking
- Proficient in Figma and Photoshop
- Confident presenting your ideas and design decisions
- Project management skills
- Experience in creating and managing Design Systems
- Experience in using and creating AI tools for UX processes efficiency and optimization
