The Staff Product Designer will drive the vision and strategy for member onboarding, designing highly personalized, habit-forming experiences that are curated, informative, and effortless. This role involves delivering a world-class product experience that scales by applying modern UI, thoughtful UX, and engaging motion design while collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Operations teams.

- Enable successful program launches through strong design principles
Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience, including partnering with product and engineering teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Interaction, Industrial, Product, Service design, Human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience
- Design craft mastery: Expertise in interaction and visual design, with a track record of advancing the craft and inspiring excellence across teams
