UI/UX Designer - AI-Native Healthcare SaaS | Zenara Health
Zenara Health Remote (🇮🇳 India)
The designer will own the entire visual and interaction layer across all Zenara products, including assessment, care/practice, and platform layers, by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. They must rapidly explore and iterate designs using AI tools, define UX hypotheses, conduct user research with clinicians, and maintain the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire visual and interaction layer of Zenara's products
- Design for multiple user types, including psychiatrists, practice managers, patients, and billing staff
- Balance simplicity with clinical depth, speed with accuracy, and innovation with familiarity
- Design in days, not weeks, leveraging AI tools to iterate rapidly
- Maintain and evolve the Zenara design system
- Conduct user research and usability testing with clinical users
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer for B2B SaaS or healthcare products
- Expert Figma skills
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design thinking
- Ability to define UX hypotheses and evaluate feature adoption using quantitative signals
- Comfort partnering with product/engineering to design and interpret UX experiments
- Ability to extract insights from usage data to inform design iteration
