The primary responsibility is designing engaging emails that look appealing and drive sales, focusing on creating visual assets for data-based email marketing and CRM strategies. This role involves taking ownership of projects and ensuring designs align with brand aesthetics and conversion goals.

Requirements
- Fluent German language skills
- 3+ years of experience working with Figma
- Digital savvy, structured, and analytical thinking
- Experience in e-commerce design is a plus
- Knowledge of Klaviyo is a plus
