Product Designer (Mid-Senior)

The Product Designer will own design outcomes end-to-end, solving meaningful user problems by translating user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into effective solutions within a cross-functional product team. They will partner closely with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, and Engineers to shape solutions and contribute to raising the overall UX quality of the application.
Responsibilities
- Improve core product experiences
- Increase key experience metrics
- Strengthen and evolve the SINGU design system
- Own design outcomes end to end
- Turn user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into clear, effective solutions
- Work within a cross-functional product team
- Contribute to the design system and help raise UX quality across the product
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer in a product-led company
- End-to-end UX ownership
- Strong research and insight synthesis skills
- Advanced product and interaction design skills
- High-quality design artifacts and prototyping
- Design systems experience
- Strong communication and English proficiency
