Digital Graphic Designer

The Digital Graphic Designer will be responsible for the full design lifecycle, creating compelling visual content such as product page visuals, infographics, and marketing materials to enhance the brand and support initiatives. This role involves designing and enhancing web and user interface elements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: Design and produce a wide range of digital assets
• Video Production & Editing: Create and edit engaging video content for social media campaigns and brand storytelling
• Web & Product Visuals: Design and enhance website and user interface elements
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and content teams
• Brand Stewardship: Help evolve the Bluelight brand and make meaningful choices about visual identity
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion
• Innovation & Strategy: Understand target audience needs and participate in brainstorming sessions
• Asset Management: Contribute to building and maintaining a library of reusable visual assets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, branding, or a related marketing role
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, successful marketing campaigns, and web/digital design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software
• Experience with no/low-code visual web design tools and a strong understanding of responsive web design and UX/UI principles
