Graphic Designer - Strategic Communication & Branding

The role involves designing and creating dynamic print and digital collateral, such as advertisements, website graphics, and social media assets, to support the university's strategic priorities and mission areas. This includes developing standardized, on-brand materials for clinical initiatives, provider recruitment, and ongoing marketing needs across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Design and create visually dynamic print and digital collateral
• Support Faculty Group Practice and clinical initiative projects by developing standardized, on-brand collateral
• Create suites of print and digital materials that support the clinical pillar of UTMB
• Develop and maintain promotional packet suites for provider recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing clinical marketing needs
• Create consistently branded clinic collateral across 49+ sites and four campuses
• Create marketing advertisements aligned with UTMB brand standards
• Create and maintain design systems for the clinical pillar
• Follow brand guidelines to develop consistent campaign materials across various media
• Prepare and present design drafts for feedback, revision, and approval within the design and branding team

Requirements

• Associate's degree in graphic design, visual arts, illustration, or a related field, or equivalent
• Two years of related graphic design experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered
