Senior Product Designer (DSPM)

The role involves leading the end-to-end design of product experiences, from discovery and research through high-fidelity design and implementation, translating complex problems into user-friendly solutions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and advocating for design excellence and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from early discovery and user research to high-fidelity design and final implementation
- Translate complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions that deliver real value to our users
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other partners to shape product strategy and define the user experience
- Use data, research, and empathy to inform design decisions and continuously iterate on features
- Create and maintain high-quality design deliverables in Figma, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability across the product
- Advocate for design excellence and consistency across the product, ensuring high visual and interaction quality
- Support other designers through feedback and collaboration, contributing to a strong, inclusive design culture that empowers others
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail
