- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing
- Adapt creatives for different formats, ratios, and placements
- Turn briefs, hooks, and copy into high-converting visual ads
- Deliver creatives quickly and consistently to support campaign scale
- Understand direct-response marketing principles
- Incorporate clear messaging, hierarchy, and CTAs into designs
- Iterate designs based on performance data and feedback
- Stay updated with current paid social design trends
- Maintain strong visual identity and brand alignment
- Work within existing brand guidelines and creative direction
- Ensure ads look premium, clear, and conversion-focused
Requirements
