Senior Product Designer
Oneleet Remote (🇺🇸 Beaverton, Oregon, United States of America)
The Product Designer will own the end-to-end UX of the core product, including complex workflows, dashboards, and onboarding, while also defining and evolving the company's visual identity and design language. This involves working closely with engineers, conducting customer research, and leveraging analytics to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the UX of the core product, from complex compliance workflows to onboarding flows and dashboards
- Define and evolve Oneleet's visual identity and design language across the product and brand
- Work directly with engineers in tight feedback loops
- Get in front of customers regularly to inform design decisions
- Leverage product analytics and user behavior data to inform decisions
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system
Requirements
- 5-8 years of product design experience at a B2B SaaS company with a strong design culture
- Excellent portfolio showing complex product UX
- Fluent in Figma with strong opinions on how to build and maintain lean design systems
- Genuinely curious about what customers are experiencing
- Self-directed and able to communicate clearly with engineers
