
The Product Designer will partner with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, conduct user research to identify needs, and translate insights into innovative product concepts and design solutions. They will develop end-to-end design deliverables, ensuring the platform is intuitive, valuable, and commercially viable while balancing user needs with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct user research and analysis to identify user behaviours, needs, pain points, motivations and opportunities
- Translate insights into product concepts, design strategies, and innovative solutions
- Focus on the usability, accessibility, and overall intuitiveness of the product to ensure a smooth and enjoyable user experience
- Develop end-to-end design deliverables including user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless design execution
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and drive cross-functional decision-making
- Balance user needs with technical feasibility and business priorities
- Test, iterate, and validate design solutions using data, analytics, and user feedback
- Contribute to building and evolving the design system and brand guidelines
- Stay informed on design, product, and industry trends to ensure the platform remains innovative and competitive
Requirements
- Prior experience (2+ years) as a Product Designer, Service Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a related design discipline
- Proven track record designing digital products across their full lifecycle
- Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to define and deliver successful products
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, or similar)
- Strong skills in user research, product discovery, and problem framing
- Ability to design across the full product lifecycle – from concept and wireframes to polished UI and shipped product
- Deep understanding of human-centred design principles, usability testing, and product discovery practices
- Awareness of B2B SaaS design and development processes
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
