Responsibilities include championing mobile-driven UX, driving prolific ideation, managing multiple workstreams, and iterating designs based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Responsibilities
- Champion Mobile-Driven UX by designing and shipping end-to-end mobile experiences
- Collaborate Across Time Zones with stakeholders and team members based in the US
- Drive Prolific Ideation by thinking creatively and generating new design concepts
- Manage Multiple Workstreams by navigating multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
- Iterate Based on Data by translating quantitative data and qualitative feedback into specific design tweaks
- Influence Key Metrics by connecting design work to high-level business goals and driving specific outcomes
- Partner Deeply with product managers and engineers to understand problems, offer solutions, and ensure the final product is viable and valuable
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Product Design experience
- Strong portfolio featuring mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive web applications
- Healthcare or MedTech experience is a plus
- Metric-Driven Case Studies demonstrating the impact of design on user behavior
- Availability to overlap with US Pacific Time for essential meetings and collaboration
- Technical & Practical Proficiency in Figma, iOS and Material Design guidelines, and WCAG accessibility standards
- Knowledge of development processes and mobile app development tools is a plus
- Cross-Functional Leadership and ability to influence product roadmaps and build strong relationships with engineering and product peers
