The Lead Product Designer will own the design strategy and execution for the Operate pillar, focusing on complex initiatives spanning task management, compliance workflows, and operational communication. This involves designing elegant, intuitive solutions, contributing to the design system, and consistently delivering highly polished work.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute design strategy for the Operate pillar across complex, multi-quarter initiatives
- Design elegant, intuitive solutions for multi-step workflows
- Make significant contributions to design system strategy and evolution
- Consistently deliver work at a high level of polish
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Proven track record of owning significant product areas and shipping complex, high-impact features
- Mastery of interaction and visual design craft
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
