Marketing Automation UX Designer

The role involves designing the visual logic for complex automated drip campaigns and creating high-converting, responsive designs for automated emails, SMS, and dynamic landing pages, focusing on accessibility and brand consistency. The designer will also collaborate with data analysts to use behavioral triggers for personalized UI elements.
Responsibilities
- Design the visual logic for complex automated 'drip' campaigns
- Create high-converting, responsive designs for automated emails, SMS, and dynamic landing pages
- Design experiments to test variables like timing, CTAs, and layout
- Work within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure design assets are technically compatible with the automation engine
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Senior experience in marketing automation and personalization development
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and understanding of API triggers and logic
