The Senior UX Designer will own the end-to-end user experience for complex Walmart+ features, translating UX intent into development-ready designs with high fidelity and clear documentation. Responsibilities include defining and evolving experience patterns, designing high-quality UX across digital surfaces, and ensuring design quality survives the journey to production.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Walmart+ experience patterns and visual systems across product experiences and member lifecycle touchpoints
  • Translate strategy, briefs, and human insights into clear experience models and scalable design systems
  • Maintain a holistic view of the brand while obsessing over detail and execution quality
  • Design high-quality UX across site and app surfaces, member journeys, and key lifecycle touchpoints
  • Build scalable design systems that ensure consistency, reuse, and predictable behavior across features

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years designing large-scale, consumer-facing digital products
  • Deep mastery of UX fundamentals: IA, interaction design, usability, accessibility (WCAG)
  • Extremely strong design production skills: High-fidelity workflows
  • Proven experience creating dev-friendly design documentation
