The Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process, including discovery, ideation, and delivery, while partnering with product managers and engineers to solve complex problems. Responsibilities
- Evolving and extending the design system to support new patterns
- Partnering with product managers and engineers to uncover unmet customer needs
- Creating user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Identifying opportunities to redesign or refine key screens
- Taking part in defining how humans and AI collaborate in developer tooling
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Experience working on complex, technical, or B2B products
- Experience in building or scaling a design system
- Insight-driven and seeking to deeply understand customer needs
- Proactive and independent, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
