The role involves guiding teams using design methodologies to define new products or features, and designing, prototyping, and validating hypotheses to ensure the user experience meets needs and design principles. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to co-create solutions and communicating proposed solutions clearly to business and technology teams for correct execution.
Responsibilities
- Perform UX research, define IA, user journeys, and create personas
- Identify metrics and data that can support decision-making
- Work closely with users, stakeholders, business analysts, product managers, and development teams
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using specialist tools
- Apply a positive and constructive attitude to all feedback
- Use, and contribute to, the approved design system
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience delivering with an agile methodology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly skilled in professional design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD, Axure, InVision, etc.
