SM/M, Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will own and lead UX strategy and design across the VMP and CTOaaS product portfolio, ensuring exceptional, user-centered experiences. This includes collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers, mentoring designers, and aligning user research with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead UX strategy and design across our VMP and CTOaaS product portfolio
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences
- Mentor and inspire a team of talented UX/UI designers
- Work closely with external user research teams to ensure research results are aligned with business and product goals
- Analyze user research findings, provide insights and translate them into actionable design strategies
Requirements
- Strong skills in research analysis, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Ability to collaborate with external user research teams
- Proven ability to manage and mentor designers
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
