Senior Full Stack AI Product Designer

The role involves owning product design problems from discovery through execution within a product squad, translating research and insights into polished user experiences, and collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver solutions. Additionally, the designer will contribute to evolving the design system and ensuring design intent is preserved through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality user experiences for SaaS products
- Contribute to product squads and help evolve design and engineering collaboration
- Partner with designers, engineers, and product managers to ship thoughtful and polished experiences
- Help ensure design systems and workflows work seamlessly in an AI-driven product development world
- Provide thoughtful feedback in critiques and async reviews
- Collaborate with designers across squads to strengthen design craft
- Advocate for clarity, simplicity, and strong UX across the product
Requirements
- 5+ years designing SaaS products
- Exceptional UX and UI craft
- Strong experience with Figma and design systems
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or modern frontend frameworks
- Experience working in cross-functional product squads
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with AI tools in design workflow
