Founding Product Designer (UI/UX)

The Product Designer will define the UI/UX for a multi-daily-usage product aimed at influential individuals, reshaping how they plan and manage their lives across core lifestyle domains. This role involves owning product design end-to-end, from exploring problems and validating ideas to delivering production-ready designs in close collaboration with engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Defining the UI/UX of Aurora's lifestyle operating system
- Designing a daily-use product that empowers users
- Collaborating closely with engineers and product managers
- Creating design concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Working cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, high-quality outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Experience working in fast-moving startup or zero-to-one environments
- Strong end-to-end product design skills
- Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
