Manage and coordinate the user-centered process of planning, exploration, ideation, generation, and evaluation for creating or improving services, products, or environments. This contributes to product and service objectives based on user needs, usage contexts, and implementing improvements according to established guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the user-centered design process
- Create or improve services, products, or environments that meet user needs and business objectives
- Contribute to the development of design systems, documents, and branding
- Plan and execute usability testing to evaluate and improve design
- Create prototypes of low, medium, and high fidelity using Figma and other design tools
Requirements
- Experience in Figma
- Experience in Mural, Miro, Figjam, Whiteboard, and similar tools
- Experience in Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Forms
- Experience in Optimal Workshop, Maze, Hotjar, and similar tools
- Experience in Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
- Experience in user research, including in-depth interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiry
