Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers
- Drive cross organization alignment with key cross functional stakeholders
- Participate in every stage of the product development cycle, from ideation to delivering high-quality, launch-ready designs
- Rapidly prototype conceptual product ideas, design user flows informed by data analysis and user research
- Continuously integrate user feedback and business requirements into product improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience designing complex software products, end to end, with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design
- Experience conducting complex research studies and driving business growth through design-led innovation
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven design practices
